Growth is overwhelming.

Unless you have the right foundation to support it. 

• Simple: Less fluff, more focus.

• Action: No ideas left to gather dust.

• Mindset: Growth starts from within, not just outside.

These 3 words will define my 2025.

Simple means cutting what drains me and doubling down on what works. Action means tackling the work that matters instead of sitting in “analysis paralysis (this is an easy place to get stuck for a market researcher!).” Mindset means remembering that growth begins with how I think and lead myself.

I’ve overcomplicated my growth before—and all it did was stall me.

Now, I’m building from clarity, not chaos.
