I’ve recently gotten back into using Insight Timer for meditations. This meditation by Tara caught my attention today given where we are in the book.
I appreciate how Tara shared that not everyone responds well to monitoring the breath. For some it may be more useful to focus on body sensations like tingling in the hands. I do usually focus on breath but when she mentioned the hands and I shifted my awareness there I was astonished to notice how much pulsing there was in the energy at my fingers that rose and fell in a rhythmic pattern.
