I've noticed you rarely ever see democrats talk about personal accountability, decision making, or individuals taking responsibility of their own lives.

Democrats tend to focus more on telling people how they are victims. They spend more energy making people victims and less energy actually empowering individuals to become better.

This then makes these individuals more likely to be dependent on government, which benefits democrats politically.
