With lots of new followers and subscribers here lately (thanks, btw), it’s time to reintroduce ourselves. We’re Douglas and Heather Boneparth, a married couple and partners in all the things. We created The Joint Account to help couples communicate better about money. Our goal is to help you think more clearly, talk more openly, and make better financial decisions as a team. We also hope to keep things interesting, because if you know us…we’re pretty amusing, too.

Douglas is the founder of Bone Fide Wealth, a wealth management firm in NYC. Heather is a former corporate attorney who runs business and legal affairs for the firm and spearheads our content. She’s the voice behind our new book, Money Together: How to find fairness in your relationship and become an unstoppable financial team. (If you haven’t bought it yet…what are you waiting for?!)
