We explored the world, sacrificed our lives to civilise it, used our ingenuity to create cities and technologies, cooperated to build systems of trade, law, medicine, etc., and when we had made all the institutions safe and orderly, women demanded in.

We allowed them in, only to find that they weren't satisfied with entry, and instead wanted dominance. They changed the institutions we created, feminising them, discriminating against men, demanding special treatment, eliminating our spaces and forcing us to change our behaviour, policed by HR departments, legislation and the courts.

We reshaped every institution to benefit them at our own expense, including education and the justice system. We created and paid for a welfare state to support women from the cradle to the grave, while expecting less support and shorter, sicker lives for ourselves.

Did opening our institutions to women result in them becoming more innovative and effective? Was there an influx of exciting new ideas and practices? On the contrary, it only produced stagnation and mediocrity. Male brilliance was dimmed and women had little of their own to share. It turned out that women cannot create for themselves, only occupy and corrode what men create. The only exception is feminism, the sole institution created entirely by women, and what a bigoted, dishonest, irrational mess it is.

And did we receive an iota of gratitude for all we had done? On the contrary, we received nothing but vilification, complaints and demands to hand over all the other fruits of our labour.

We put them on a pedestal and they looked down on us. We gave them a megaphone and they insulted us. We built them a global civilisation and they demanded that we hand over the keys and leave.

Being a man was never easy, as feminists claim. It required a lot of hard work and uncomplaining sacrifice, but there were compensations, such as a sense of camaraderie, recognition from our peers and recreation at our clubs. No one ever cared about men, but we could take pride in being men. The work is now harder to get and do, the compensations have been undermined or outlawed, and instead of pride, we are encouraged to feel shame. If we dare to speak up, we're told that we're weak or bigoted.

And in return for all the losses detailed above we’re supposed to embrace the opportunity of caring for children, something to which women are biologically and psychologically far better suited, and very few men regard as desirable? Much better, I say, to take back what we have lost and never make the mistake of capitulating to women ever again.
