En route to El Salvador I had a seven hour stopover over at LAX—not quite long enough to venture out of the airport and into LA; I did that once en route to Guatemala and got rather pissed on Sunset Boulevard with some boys I met on the plane; let’s just say I learnt my lesson 😆

Instead I squeezed in a Spanish lesson, a two hour reading sting of the brilliant Famous Men by Julie Buntin, and a 10k step stomp around the airport listening to this brilliant episode of The Hyphen with Emma Gannon and Amy Suto (both of whom I was in Tuscany with this time last year)❣️
