I’ve been in recovery from undiagnosed anemia lately, so I haven’t had the energy and focus to write poetry.

What I did have the ability to do was listen to and watch podcasts while I rested for weeks and waited for the meds to give me energy again.

I watched so many podcasts that I realized I could make one myself once I had the juice in me.

I got better.

I combined the memoir you already expect from my work with the honest address of the camera that Hank Green uses and the cartoony post-production elements of Trixie Mattel.

I had an absolute blast putting this first episode together, and I can’t wait to watch how this next chapter of The Lizzy Co Show unfolds.
