It’s not career vs. babies… But I do think there's a quiet cultural pressure that undervalues motherhood. Before I had children, I was one of those girls… the one who measured accomplishment in titles and milestones. And now, having experienced both, I can say there is nothing like motherhood — for me, it’s the greatest accomplishment. And I've yet to meet a mother who tells me her career gives her a deeper sense of accomplishment than this. Motherhood matters. That's all I'm saying.
