That's starting to change, though. A ‘Director of Organisational Growth' might not be everyone's cup of team, but if it's good enough for a title-winning Boston Celtics team, it might be worth paying attention to.
That's just one example, as well. There's an arms race for this type of hire and it's getting heated.
