next time you see someone you think looks cool, compliment them. if you’re waiting in line, ask for a recommendation. see an elderly person or a trolley full of bags, offer them help. introduce yourself to your neighbours. we’re loosing touch as social creatures and having small friendly interactions with strangers is not only beneficial for us but important for humanity.
