It’s come to my attention that anything bearing the Inktober branding is somehow the property of Inktober’s creator(s) and that’s just mental.

So meet Ocho the Octopus, mascot of Octo-Ink, a completely original thingie distinct from Inktober. It’s completely public-domain, so if you use it, you still own all your stuff which is how it should be.

Also feel free to make your own Ocho. Honestly, inspiration just hit me, and I made this in like an hour. Surely I’ll refine it going forward. Maybe work it up in real ink on real paper.

It blows my mind that they’d try to claim other people’s work. Just scummy behavior.
