Video circulating from southwestern Iran shows what appears to be a C-130 conducting helicopter aerial refueling with two helicopters at extremely low altitude.

That low altitude might be terrain masking. You fly that low to stay below radar and surface-to-air missile coverage. The CNN intelligence assessment published today confirmed a significant portion of Iran's coastal defense systems remain intact. The altitude tells you the crews know that.

Southwestern Iran is the Khuzestan coast. The Hormuz approaches. The direction of Kharg Island. Helicopters needing aerial refueling in that corridor means they are extending range beyond internal fuel capacity.

More evidence of possible CSAR for the F-15E crew reported down earlier today. Or pre-positioning for something else. Both are consistent with what the video shows. Neither is confirmed.
