A leisurely 36deg C and 70+% humidity here (Rockhampton, Australia) the last few days. Didn’t cool down much overnight. Humidity is the killer. I have worked in 40+Deg C dry heat in the desert up to 50 Deg C in exposed places. Not so bad but you just can’t drink water fast enough - ended the day with severe cramps. Think it is easier to get warm in the cold than cool in the heat. Scary to think that we are heading for a couple of degrees warmer over the next decades. You die at 39deg C if the humidity is high.
