I too have found Patrick’s Not so Fleeting Obsession with the Written Word obscure, but perhaps not entirely unlikely.

Patrick’s career has been based around his capacity to Accurately Communicate Complex Designs for others to Construct – ie. He has in effect been in the Communications Game his entire career – this current obsession is just the use of the same tool for a different outcome– I hope Patrick is not expecting any of us to do anything constructive with any of the information transferred!

Either way – pleased the Obsession is in play as I greatly enjoy the small windows into his personal history and our collective past.
