Make money doing the work you believe in

Good morning. This is my world this Tuesday.

The Capitol flies two flags today — Union Jack beside the Stars and Stripes. King Charles III addresses Congress this afternoon, the first British monarch to do so since his mother stood there in 1991. On the steps, two coffee cups: my Tuesday morning coffee with a friend.

In the trees to the left, an orangutan crosses a canopy bridge above a Sumatran road. In the sky, a tiny plane. It landed yesterday with one more passenger than it took off with. On this date in 1789, Fletcher Christian mutinied on the Bounty, setting Captain Bligh adrift in the Pacific. On this same date in 1947, Thor Heyerdahl launched the Kon-Tiki from Peru. Different gambles. Same ocean.

Luna is sitting on the bottom step, looking up at the flags.

What is one British thing you think more Americans should discover?
