Early in your career, don’t stay in your own lane.
Spend time with different parts of the business. Join a sales meeting, sit with marketing, walk through a production site, or listen to how R&D teams think about their work.
Ask questions and try to understand what really drives decisions in each area.
Then link what you see back to the numbers. That’s how you build real understanding and accelerate your impact.
