Would select board appeal decision by its own planning board in Southwest Harbor?
SOUTHWEST HARBOR, Nov. 28, 2025 - Now comes the latest wrinkle among the irregularities which have dogged the proposed residential subdivision next to the town’s abandoned landfill - that unbeknownst to Select Board members and the town manager, the town is actually an abutter to the project but was not notified of this.
