Hi. I'm not a usual follower of your site, but I found you when searching for information on the global postal service shutdown to the US. I too am a foreigner (American) running a business that is my family's sole income in Europe (Netherlands) with a majoring of American customers. I sell sewing patterns, but luckily I sell an e-file format as well as physical paper patterns, so the stupid Trump decisions haven't overwhelmed me yet (although most of my paper patterns orders do tend to happen in September and go to the US, so this is really bad timing).

But I didn't comment to tell you about me! I commented to tell you some news. On 29 Aug, the US Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump tariffs are illegal. YAY! You haven't heard about this yet because the court gave Trump until 14 Oct to appeal to the Supreme Court, which he is doing. So while it should be over, it isn't yet. But there are good reasons to be hopeful.
