If you bake sourdough even occasionally, this is one of those recipes you’ll make on repeat.

These three-ingredient sourdough discard crackers are thin, crispy, and endlessly snackable. No kneading. No fancy steps. Just stir, spread, bake.

You can keep them plain, sprinkle flaky sea salt, or add everything seasoning depending on what you’re serving them with. They’re perfect for dips, cheese boards, or honestly just grabbing straight from the pan while they’re still warm.

It’s one of my favorite ways to use discard because it feels low effort but delivers every time.
