Ambra’s inaugural supper club in the West Village last night was a singular experience. Andrew J. DePietro founded Ambra to cultivate a more natural approach to health, where fitness, food, mindfulness, and culture coalesce. The menu featured the Calabrian Dottato fig, harvested from the descendants of the very trees brought by Andrew’s family to the U.S during migration in the ‘50s.
