This wondrous salad of my loftiest dreams comes from the charming cobblestone street adjacent restaurant, Il Buco.

It features buttery sweet little gem lettuce balanced by bitter pink chicory and frisée endive. Tarragon vinaigrette’s subtle anise note is tempered by the satisfying textural crunch of savory anchovy breadcrumbs.
