This sheep’s milk ricotta-filled cappelletti pasta is a recipe I developed while previously living beside an organic community farm in southern California.

Miss Lady, Margo and Wynonna, the farm’s resident hens would strut around me as I collected the warm eggs they’d just laid. Kneading with flour into a ball of dough, I’d prepare this farm-fresh pasta for breakfast.
