Did you mean Google and iCloud? You don’t have to disable them, just stop auto uploading:
Stopping Google Photos Auto-Upload
On Android or iPhone:
1. Open the Google Photos app
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner
3. Tap “Photos settings” (Android) or “Google Photos settings” (iPhone)
4. Tap “Backup”
5. Toggle Backup off
On a Windows PC:
1. Click the Google Drive/Backup and Sync icon in the system tray
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select “Pause” to temporarily stop uploads, or “Quit” to stop entirely
On a Mac:
1. Click the Backup and Sync icon in the menu bar
2. Click the three-dot menu and select “Quit Backup and Sync”
Stopping iCloud Photo Auto-Upload
On iPhone/iPad:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Tap iCloud
4. Tap Photos
5. Toggle “Sync this iPhone” (or “iCloud Photos”) off
On a Mac:
1. Open System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
2. Click your Apple ID
3. Click iCloud, then click Options next to Photos
4. Uncheck iCloud Photos
