Plenty of seniors are buying smartwatches, but many never move past counting steps. If you have one, try turning on just one new feature this week: heart rhythm alerts, fall detection, or medication reminders. Then ask yourself in a few days: did this setting actually help me notice something about my health I might have missed, or should I switch it off and try a different one ?
