I love meditating so much. It’s so restorative.

When I first started, it wasn’t this way. It was hard. I didn’t like it. My mind was too busy. It was uncomfortable. I wanted to stop.

I started with guided and then slowly began to work with silent. 3 minutes. 5. 10. 15. 30.

Some days feel more restorative than others, but I try to stay consistent.

It’s just like building muscle, you train in noticing your breath, you train in calming your nervous system.

This is a practice that continuously feeds my sobriety.
