Imagine living so much of your life believing something is wrong with you.

But what if nothing is wrong with you? What if the blue sky is always inside you? If a pattern has been reinforced for years, it’s not undone overnight.

It’s a practice of becoming more and more aware of your thinking. Dropping it. Breathing. Questioning it. Moving. Changing it. Breathing.

Drinking will never be able to change the belief you have about yourself.
