Make money doing the work you believe in

There is a conditioning that’s happened over the years. The way to relax and self-regulate is through alcohol. 5p comes. The body knows. The mind already made up its mind at 5a.

Instead, give yourself permission to be tired. It’s okay. You’ve had a long day. You did it. Celebrate another day.

You don’t give yourself permission to scroll through a bunch of videos or feed because you aren’t relaxing, you’re stimulating. You’re making yourself more tired.

Just close your eyes and rest. Even if it’s for 10 minutes. Make it easy. Let go. The body knows how to rest if you let it.
