My relish tray/charcuterie tray. The eggplant was a huge hit (and it was super easy). Those came from our garden, as did the poblano chilis that I stuffed with a jalapeno cherry cheese mixture.
I also made million dollar dip (which is in the center) and “brown butter sugar cookie banana bread” with Christmas sprinkles.
I was a bit disappointed in it, TBH. It doesn’t taste much like sugar cookies and the addition of the almond extract (which was supposed to provide the sugar cookie flavor) rendered the bananas less so it tastes washed out, if that makes sense. Still tasty, though.
