When a woman truly loves a man, she longs to see more of him reflected in the world, and so it is for this reason she wishes to make him a father: to honour him by baring her womb *to him*, so she can bear his children *for him*. It is thus her overwhelming compulsion to make him a father, for in coming to embody the very definition of beauty to her, it has become her most reverent wish to multiply him.
