With the current social media focus on estrangement that has been galvanised by the recent Oprah episode on the topic, it is timely to revisit my own exploration of the topic which resulted in over 50 articles based on my own experience as an estranged father and my exploration of estranged (estranging) child forums on Reddit. The series is not neutral, it was never intended to be. It is part clinical analysis, part cold rage and, in the end, a call to action.
