You’re absolutely right that Vitamin D is often paired with K2, and in certain situations that can be helpful.

In the Foundation formula, the Vitamin D dose is 2000 IU, which is a moderate, supportive daily dose rather than a high-dose therapeutic one. At this level, K2 is not essential for most people, which is why it hasn’t been included in that formulation.

I’ve kept the Foundation deliberately simple, focusing on core nutrients that most people benefit from, without overcomplicating things.

For those who do need higher dose Vitamin D, I have included K2 in the separate Vitamin D + K2 product, where that combination becomes more relevant.

So it’s really about using the right level of support in the right context, rather than adding everything into one product.

I have always been led to believe that Vit D3 must always be taken with K2, can you advise why K2 is not in your thyroform supplement?
