Change didn’t just have one big moment on the US dance charts.
They had two.
The key tracks from the debut album were obviously massive… but the second album also performed extremely well on the dancefloor.
The lead single was:
“Paradise”
But DJs were also heavily playing:
“Hold Tight” and “Heaven Of My Life”
The debut album dominated the top spot for an impressive 9 weeks.
The follow-up “only” managed 5 weeks…
Which still is far above average.
A reminder how enormous Change really were in those early 80s club years.
