Also buying a cheap property outright for 30k in one of those abandoned places.

I don’t want to rent anymore, I don’t want a mortgage I can’t handle as a single person trying to build a business. I don’t want to settle with a man who doesn’t get me.

MOREOVER - I want a place I can paint, I can decorate and create my artistic whimsical dreams. I want to create the space of my dreams bit by bit because I am an artist and have the skills. Just not the support.
