• Carousel, Fitzrovia - a FIRM regular after work dinner spot with rotating chefs and some amazing natural wines

• Goodbye Horses, Islington - all is not lost, I feel like I can slip this onto my fave wine bars list at a later date

• Elliots, London Bridge (my fave one) and Hackney, I think about their sage butter calzone more than I should

• Agora, London Bridge - delicious and chaotic, a sure fire crowd pleaser
