The comedy of errors continued in Augusta where my 3rd party website rental car reservation wasn’t honored(didn’t know they could do that), so after an hour and a half Uber ride I made it to my pickup point in Columbia, SC. All worth it for this very clean 2017 Cayenne Turbo, which I think is the perfect dad mobile at this point in my life. Took me quite some time to find this exact spec and I’ll be going into much more detail about it in upcoming posts. At the moment, I’m ready to crash after 14 hours of non-stop go that included some of the heaviest fog I have ever driven in between Knoxville and Nashville.
