The Disciples’ Way—”Revelation, Not Information”
It’s been said, “You are what you eat.” This principle is true in the spiritual realm as well.
Carnal believers and unbelievers receive information and guidance from this world’s sources: i.e., authority figures, news media, books, discussions, etc.
But, like Jesus, a disciple’s information and guidance comes from within, from the Living God who speaks to us. Your spirit both sees and hears His revelation.
Jesus said:
“Truly, truly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing by Himself, unless He sees the Father doing it. For whatever the Father does, the Son also does. (John 5:19)
“I can do nothing by Myself; I judge only as I hear.” (John 5:30)
