Make money doing the work you believe in

After losing our first dog to cancer in spring 2024, we were honestly pretty nervous about bringing a puppy into our lives again — mostly because we knew how much it would interrupt our routines.

But when a systems consultant marries a LEGO engineer, you can probably guess what happened next: we started systemizing puppyhood 😅

Along the way we also dug deep into puppy brain development, sleep cycles, positive reinforcement,  division of  time and labor, and schedule optimization so we could be proactive and prepared.

The Puppy Planning Page is one of the tools that came out of that process. It’s a simple way to track routines, troubleshoot puppy chaos, organize training notes, and record health info, while also supporting you through the most difficult stages of puppyhood.

If you’ve just lost your first dog, just gotten your next dog, or are in the throes of puppyhood (or thinking about it), you might find this series of posts helpful🐾
