We need more stereotypical moms and grandmothers, aunties to pull the ears of these authoritarian dictators. Lock them in a hotel conference room with mediocre coffee and snacks. You don’t come out until you can resolve your problems without bombing people. Blowing up random ships. Starting proxy wars. Forcing people from their homes.

You don’t deserve to lead if you never learned to resolve problems without killing and maiming others. Period.
