Also, this makes me think of polyvagal theory. Ventral vagal as the state where True Self emerges, and we access higher levels of performance from a place of authentic self-expression instead of needing to prove self-worth. How can we access that state more frequently? Connection & play. Which shifts us out of a threat response and into a challenge response. I LOVE YOUR BRAIN!!!
