This is such an important perspective, Brad. I am totally in agreement with both the assertion that AI is a profound improvement on the ability of humans to bring the collective intelligence of all of humanity to bear, and that we most surely need that boost to tackle the enormous problems of the 21st century. I hope we do that rather than just using it to enrich a small aristocracy of wealth and power and impoverish everyone else. "These are our tools, not our masters, with unanticipated and often adverse consequences as tool development often brings.
