This week’s library holds, reads, and listens. V pleased to revisit The Rosie Effect as my 75th read this year. Even more pleased that Carmen Reid added a new book to the Annie Valentine series.

This fictional series is about fashion, but also so much more, touching on bereavement, single parenting, evolving families, different stages of marriage, friendship, body image, aging parents, reinventing yourself/your career, and entrepreneurship. All in a lighthearted way or I’d never get through them. I also love the newer focus on mindful & circular fashion since the early books were written during a more consumptive era.
