I feel like everyone on LinkedIn tagged me today.

At some point this week, my notifications filled up. Post after post, tag after tag.. people wanting me to reshare their content.

And I felt it: that familiar pull to say yes to all of it. To be generous. To show up for everyone who shows up for me.

But here's what I've learned as my audience has grown: saying yes to everything is actually a disservice ..to them and to me.

When I repost indiscriminately, I dilute what my audience trusts me for. When I say yes out of obligation rather than genuine belief in the content, I'm not really helping anyone.

Growth means making harder choices..
