The culture of excessive “girls’ nights,” where responsibilities are temporarily abandoned in favor of pure escape, often reflects not feminine maturity but prolonged girlhood.

Such behavior does not embody womanhood; it reveals an unfinished developmental shift.

At its core, the problem lies in the missing psychological shift that should occur in both boys and girls. Without symbolic or social rites of passage guiding individuals from childhood into adulthood, the internal evolution never fully takes place, leaving many adults physically grown yet mentally uninitiated into mature life.
