Riddle me this: for the last 30 years, Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) has extolled the virtues of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Some of the biggest blockbuster drugs over this time period include vaccines, SSRIs, and statins. But the so-called “RCTs" for those drugs were all completely fraudulent and EBM said nothing. So what exactly is EBM if they celebrate clearly rigged data as the “highest level of evidence”?
