The Bible says we are caught between two kingdoms. We get to choose who we are going to listen to. I read the Bible and meditate on what Jesus said because he says in Isaiah 26:3: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusts in thee.” When we keep Jesus‘s word in our minds and hearts we connect with the Holy Spirit and have the power to overcome the evil one.

“ take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Matthew 6:34
