Dere Construction and Zeki Bora Turan (President of Dere) have built an almost 25% position (!) in TPI Composites $TPIC over the past few months.

They have so far only asked for Board representation, but its pretty clear more will happen here.

Highly indebted and loss making, but with over $1bn in revenues (on a $63m market cap).
