Thank you for your brave actions in refusing to honor ICE agent bookings. I'm distressed that  corporate removed your property as a result. 

As you can see from the email below, I contacted them to notify them of my decision to boycott Hilton properties until they reverse course and publicly apologize. I will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

Greetings, Hilton Leadership Team,

I am a Hilton Honors member (#_______) who has stayed at Hilton properties many times throughout my 63 years. Due to your decision to remove the Lakeville, Minnesota Hampton Inn from your system after the owners refused to honor ICE bookings, I will avoid staying at your properties and encourage everyone I know to do the same. 

Even before an ICE agent executed an unarmed mother of three this week in Minneapolis I was appalled at ICE’s actions in Minnesota and elsewhere, and I applaud the Lakeville Hampton owners’ brave decision. Your actions are nothing less than complicit with terrorism and murder. 

I ask you to examine your conscience, reverse course, and publicly apologize.
