Thanks for this piece. I’ve always wondered about him (and many of our uber talented artists from that era) while listening to their music. There is so little info online and it can be hella frustrating. Recently I was so frustrated with the too little information I could find on Fela Sowande online. Happy to learn Rex Lawson has a biography. I will surely be checking that one out very soon.
