• Start a podcast

• Experiment with video

• Turn on paid subscriptions

You don’t need to do any of that.

The only reason you SHOULD do those things is if it brings you joy.

I don’t have a chat for Mind of a Writer.

Substack says publications who have it turned on grow paid memberships 2-3x faster.

Personally, I don’t want a chat.

It would add too much to my plate. I like spending my time writing more anyway.

So do your thing.

Don’t worry about what everybody else is doing too much.
