That is high for a semi-final, but it also took incredible attacking talent to turn an open game into a nine-goal thriller. On another day, it finishes 3-2 with the keepers making some amazing saves. Does that make it a better game? Maybe, maybe not.

I actually thought Upamecano and Pacho made a couple of brilliant last ditch tackles, too. The idea the ‘art of defending’ is dead is just utter nonsense. These teams are set up to take defensive risks in favour of attack and neither blinked for 90 minutes.
